Short rules, in plain words.

This site, dijmo.com, is run by Dijmo (“we”, “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What we collect, and what we don’t, is on the privacy page.

You’re welcome to read it, link to it and share it. Please don’t:

• try to get into parts of it that aren’t public, or get around its security;
• overload it, or copy it with automated tools in a way that slows it down for others;
• use it for anything against the law.

The Dijmo name and logo, and this site’s words, pictures, sounds and code, belong to us. You may quote the site and link to it, but please don’t use our name or logo in a way that suggests we made or support something we didn’t.

Dijmo isn’t out yet. When it is, it will come with its own licence, which you’ll see before you download or buy it. For the app, that licence comes first where it differs from these terms.

• What you make is yours. Your videos, recordings and projects belong to you, and we claim no rights in them.
• If you connect Dijmo to a cloud service with your own key, that service’s own terms cover what you send it.

This site describes a product we’re still building. Its features, platforms, dates and prices may change before release, and nothing here promises that they won’t.

We work to keep the site accurate and online, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of mistakes.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the law that can’t be limited.

Links to other sites are there to help. We don’t control those sites, and their own terms apply.

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
